    Overseas Operation Risks and Coping Strategy of Chinese Mining Enterprises:Taking Guizhou Jinfeng Project Management as an Example

    • In recent years, Chinese mining enterprises have made great progress overseas by relying on strong capital, cost advantages and strong execution, but there is still a gap in operation management compared with world-class mining enterprises. Guizhou Jinfeng is the largest foreign investment project in my country, and has been successfully operating in ethnic minority areas for many years. Based on overseas project experience and work and study experience in Guizhou Jinfeng, the author summarizes and thinks about the operation management of Guizhou Jinfeng project in terms of corporate values, co-creation, safety management, talent selection and use, etc., and also discusses the main risk factors of overseas project operation. Conducted a specific analysis, and put forward overseas project development suggestions based on the project management of Guizhou Jinfeng, aiming to learn and communicate with people in the same field.
