    Research and Application of Grinding Expert System in Tantalum-Niobium-Li Mine

    • With the rise of the concept of intelligent manufacturing in recent years, manufacturing enterprises have increased the transformation and upgrading of digitalization, informatization, and intelligence. According to the needs of the overall development strategy of “Digital mines and Intelligent factories”; The automatic and intelligent transformation of the ore grinding process, combined with the actual production, according to the characteristics of the equipment in the grinding process, analyze the production data and operating experience, design and develop a set of grinding expert system, and realize the grinding under the guidance of the overall balance model of grinding. The optimization of load and grinding concentration, as well as the optimal control of discharge concentration, realize self-adaptive adjustment of production process parameters and improve the stability of the entire production process.
