    Application of downward horizontal layered drift cementing and filling mining method in Maoping lead zinc mine

    • Due to the expansion of the mining area and production scale after the integration of the Maoping Mine, the latest underground mining plan of the Maoping Mine has been determined based on the mining technology conditions of the deposit.The practical application of the downward drift cementing filling mining method in the Maoping Mine is introduced around the mining preparation engineering layout, mining process, filling and other processes of rectangular and hexagonal stopes.Design a panel with an interval of 60 m, with a middle section height of 60 m and a section set every 12 m.Using YT-28 rock drill, manual and remote control multi-mode driving scraper for ore extraction, with layered filling in the goaf of the approach road.The bottom layer filling body has a lime sand ratio of 1:4, and the 28 d uniaxial compressive strength is required to be above 4.5 MPa.Production practice has show that the Maoping Mine adopts the downward horizontal drift cemented filling mining method for mining, with a production capacity of 150-200 t/d for rectangular drift stopes and 360 t/d for hexagonal drift stopes.Under the protection of equivalent backfill roof, the hexagonal approach has a larger cross-section and higher mining efficiency compared to the rectangular approach.
