    Exploration of intelligent integration of fully mechanized mining equipment based on programmable automation controller

    • In order to solve the problem of decentralized control of traditional fully mechanized working face equipment, based on programmable automation controller, equipment integration model is established to optimize the design of intelligent control system, and integrated centralized control of working face and its supporting equipment is realized through PAC.Running the integrated system on the fully mechanized mining face makes the shearer, scraper conveyor, support and pump station equipment realize intelligent coordinated operation, the orderly connection and cooperation of coal falling, coal transport and support work, not only greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers and greatly improves the production efficiency, fully embodies the integrated control results, and has a good application prospect.
