The Chihong Maoping Mine of Yiliang adopts the downward approach filling mining method.In order to ensure the safe construction of the first mining road in the 490 m section and the stability of the rock mass in the heading face, a combined support method of pipe roof+I-beam is proposed.A section in the center area of the roof is selected as the effective calculation length, and the Terzaghi theory is used to calculate the load of loose broken rock mass on the pipe roof, which is simplified into two ends of the fixed beam structure.The bending moment, deflection and end reaction of the pipe roof are calculated, and the pipe support parameters are calculated.Combined with the actual situation of the field, the combined support method of advance pipe roof without grouting and I-beam is carried out, and the effect is good after field application.The calculation method and support method are helpful to provide reference for similar mining methods.
