Development situation and prospects of mining industry in Guinea

With rich bauxite and iron ore resources, Guinea has gradually become one of the hot spots in the field of mining investment in Africa.Analysis of Guinea mining development situation and prospects is of great significance to strengthen China and Guinea mining cooperation and expand the “Belt and Road” initiative.This paper expounds the Guinea mineral resources condition, mining development situation and current situation of Guinea funded enterprises in mining investment, and then analyzes the main risks in Guinea mining development, and puts forward some suggestions on the development of Guinea mining investment.Thinking that China-Guinea has a good prospects for mining cooperation, it is recommended that enterprises in the early need to carry out Guinea basic geological survey work, on the basis of bauxite and iron ore resources for exploration and development priorities, and supporting of the smelting processing industry investment, in order to achieve mutual benefit and common development goals.
