基于多类型励磁系统对电磁磁选机磁场特性、选矿指标的分析

    Analysis of the magnetic field characteristics and the metallurgical performance of electromagnetic separator based on multi type excitation system

    • 摘要: 电磁磁选机的磁场源于励磁系统,长期以来励磁系统只作为供电装置被采用,忽视了其类型的不同对磁场特性、选矿指标的影响。本文设计3种励磁系统供电于电磁铁,利用高频率高斯计监测瞬时状态下磁场波动情况,并利用这3种励磁系统连接与周期式高梯度磁选机Ф200进行低品位磁铁尾矿选矿试验。试验结果表明:3种励磁系统所生成的磁场波形、磁场波动范围与波动频率具有明显差异性,精矿TFe品位随着磁场波动范围的扩大与频率的加剧而提高。进而得出电磁磁选机的供电系统是影响选矿指标的重要因素之一。

       

      Abstract: The magnetic field of electromagnetic separator originates from excitation system.For a long time, excitation system is adopted only as power supply device, ignoring the influence on magnetic field characteristics and ore dressing index because of its type.In this paper, three excitation systems are designed to supply power to electromagnets, the transient magnetic field variations are monitored using a high frequency Gauss meter, low grade ore dressing are tested by three excitation systems connect with Ф200.The test results show that the magnetic field waveform, the fluctuation range of magnetic field and the fluctuation frequency are obviously difference and increases with the increasing magnetic field fluctuation range and frequency.Then it is concluded that the power supply system of the magnetic separator is one of the important factors affecting the beneficiation index.
