Abstract:
The paper based on the advantages of stagger arrangement roadway layout mining method, such as the roadway layout flexible, avoiding the influence of bearing stress peak value cleverly, improving the coal recovery rate, etc, combining the actual mining conditions of “three soft” coal seam of Henan mine, the authors put forward using the stagger arrangement mining method to mining “three soft” coal seam.Compared with the traditional mining method, the roadway of stagger arrangement would be dug in the roof strata which was relatively hard, improving the condition of surrounding rock of roadway, by using FLAC
3D numerical simulation to research and study which found that the roadway surrounding rock of the stagger arrangement can withstand larger abutment stress, had the less deformation, and smaller stress influence range of roadway and the entity coal side during the period of excavation and stopping, thus the roadway excavation and maintenance became easier, the roadway of the next working face was arranged under the stress reduction of the first working face, which was good for roadway driving, so the stagger arrangement mining method had significant advantages to the mining of “three soft”coal seams, and which had some guidance and reference for the mining of “three soft”coal seams.
