山东低铝硅比铝土矿降铁脱硅试验研究

    Experimental study on iron removal and desilication from low aluminum-silicon ratio bauxite in Shandong province

    • 摘要: 以山东某低铝硅比铝土矿为研究对象,为了实现其降铁、降硅的目的,采用磁选和浮选联合工艺流程,获得较好的工艺指标。原矿铝硅比3.18,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm 94.55%的条件下,采用“弱磁-强磁-浮选”工艺流程,弱磁场强度1.2×105 A/m,强磁场强度9.6×105 A/m,以碳酸钠为调整剂,用量3 500 g/t,六偏磷酸钠为抑制剂,用量40 g/t,油酸钠为捕收剂,用量1 200 g/t, 最终获得精矿产品铝硅比为9.04,铝品位为62.47%,回收率为62.74%。

       

      Abstract: This paper took a low aluminum-silicon ratio bauxite in Shandong province as the research object.In order to achieve the purpose of iron removal and desilication, adopted a joint process of magnetic separation and flotation to obtain a good technical indicator.Raw ore aluminum-silicon ratio was 3.18.With the grinding fineness is 94.55% -0.074 mm, the process of weak-intensity magnetic separation, high-intensity magnetic separation and flotation was selected.The low magnetic field strength was 1.2×105 A/m and the strong magnetic field strength was 9.6×105 A/m.The dosage of sodium carbonate as the modifier was 3 500 g/t, while sodium hexametaphosphateas the inhibitor was 40 g/t, and sodium oleate as the collector was 1 200 g/t.As a result, the concentrate got a 9.04 ratio of aluminum-silicon.The grade of aluminum was 62.47%, and the recovery was 62.74%.
