中矸磁尾粗煤泥重选回收精煤试验研究

    Key technology and equipment of gravity separation and clean coal recovery from refractory coarse coal slime

    • 摘要: 粗煤泥回收工艺中,重介旋流器有效分选粒度通常在2 mm以上,浮选的有效分选粒度通常在0.25 mm以下,这样介于0.25~2.0 mm之间的粗煤泥难以得到有效分选回收,造成精煤流失。本文针对某选煤厂中矸磁尾粗煤泥(2 mm以下)分选工艺及设备不尽完善导致的低灰精煤回收困难等问题,提出了“煤泥离心分选+高频筛分级”联合分级分选回收精煤工艺,设计了煤泥离心分选机。经工业运行试验,结果表明:从中矸磁尾煤泥中获取到了灰分小于10%的精煤,精煤产率12.5%,实现了难选煤泥的有效回收,为企业带来了巨大经济效益和社会效益。

       

      Abstract: In the process of crude coal recovery, effective separation particle size is greater than 2 mm with dense-medium cyclone and effective separation particle size is less than 0.25 mm with flotation method.Thereby, -0.25 mm and 2 mm particles are cannot effectively separated.This paper proposed recovery technology of “slime centrifugal separator + high frequency frequency conversion grading screen” in order to solve the problem of clean coal loss because the separation technology and equipment are not perfect.Slime centrifugal separator is composed of two stage cyclones.This process was used to conduct an industrial validation for coarse slime recovery in a coal preparation plant.This technological methods effectively solves the fine coal loss problems in slime separation and obtain clean coal (ash content< 10%) , and production ratio is improved by 12.5%.The study results create considerable economic and social benefit for the industries.
