分时电价体制下原油管道运行优化研究

    Optimization of crude oil pipeline operation based on time-of-use electricity price

    • 摘要: 在完成日输量任务的前提下,建立考虑了电价波动的原油管道外输泵日电费数学模型,利用变频装置调节不同时段外输泵输量,使日电费最低。对一条原油管道进行了求解,优化结果表明,峰谷电价体制下,受泵效、管道条件和输量任务等因素的制约,并不是谷时输量最大,峰时输量最小时日电费最低,同时,由于大气温度的改变会导致管道埋深处自然地温变化,不同季度的最优输送方案也会改变。

       

      Abstract: In order to reduce the electricity cost, a mathematical model of daily electricity consumption for variable frequency optimal operation of pump based on time-of-use pricing system is established.The optimization results show that it is not the maximum throughput in the valley period, and the minimum of peak electricity fee is the lowest by the restriction of pump efficiency, pipeline condition and output task and other factors.To use the atmospheric temperature changes will lead to the natural geothermal change in the buried depth of the pipeline, the optimal delivery scheme in different quarters will also be changed.
