Abstract: The management of petty cash has important status and function in the management of geological institution.It can not only strengthen the reasonable expenditure of the comprehensive cost of the geological survey institutions, but also help to improve the efficiency of the field projects in the geological survey.In this paper, by analysis of the current situation of the research on the management of the petty cash in the geological survey institution, combined with its existing problems and the factors that have been affected, the authors put forward some measures to further standardize the work of unit financial management.
