Abstract: The establishment of a unified index system for natural resources is an important basis for carrying out natural resources rights investigation, data building and property registration.The authors have made an in-depth study on the ecological properties of natural resources, the availability of use control constraints and the necessity of ecological protection, and established a classification index system which meets the requirements of the national natural resources unified confirmation registration pilot work, which can promote the natural resources property rights system and natural resource assets management in China.
