露天煤矿工程轮胎温度变化的有限元分析计算

    Open-pit coal mine engineering finite element analysis and calculation of tire temperature change

    • 摘要: 本文利用了轮毂试验对轮胎滚动状态下的温度场变化情况进行了测试,并利用计算和实验共同验证的方法确定出轮胎在轮毂转动实验中的状态为自由滚动。通过对轮胎在轮毂试验下的温度场变化情况进行有限元分析。采用探针测温法对有限元分析的结果进行对比验证,理论分析所得数据与探针法所测得的数据具有较强的一致性,所以此分析方法可靠性较高。通过分析表明:轮胎的静态压力对轮胎胎冠区域的温度场影响不大,对轮胎的胎侧部位温度场的影响随静态压力的增加而降低;而轮胎的整体温度场会随着所受载荷的增加而呈现上升趋势。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the wheel hub test is used to test the change of temperature field in the rolling condition of tire, and by using the method of calculation and experiment together, we confirm that the tire’s state in free wheel rolling is free rolling. The finite element analysis is carried out by the change of the temperature field of the tire under the wheel hub test. The results of finite element analysis are compared with the result of the probe temperature measurement. The data obtained from the theoretical analysis have strong consistency with the data measured by the probe method, so the reliability of the analysis method is relatively high. The analysis shows that the static pressure of tire has little effect on the temperature field of tire crown area, and the influence of tire static temperature on the tire side temperature decreases with the increase of static pressure. The overall temperature field of tire will increase with the increase of load.
