Abstract:
At present, three-dimensional (3D) seismic exploration has been widely used in various stages including coal production and exploration, coal mine field planning, and coal mine design. It has solved the major geological problems involved in the safe and efficient production of coal mines, but there are some deviations and the construction of various interpretations in the results. It is necessary to evaluate the accuracy of 3D seismic exploration results, find technical problems affecting the accuracy of exploration, and find out the method to improve the precision and accuracy of 3D seismic exploration, and further promote the continuous progress of 3D seismic exploration technology and the scientific and efficient utilization of 3D seismic data in coal enterprises. In the past, the evaluation standards for the accuracy rate of 3D seismic exploration results were inconsistent among various companies, and the types of structures evaluated were not comprehensive. After investigating a large number of coal companies and exploration units, based on the “seismic exploration standard in coal and coalbed methane (MT/T 897-2000)”, the evaluation factors for the verification accuracy of 3D seismic exploration results were defined and unified, and the evaluation criteria for 3D seismic exploration of coal fields under the conventional CDP network (5 m×10 m) were formulated systematically, and the evaluation results were divided into three levels: accurate, more accurate and inaccurate, and discussed with peers. It is easy to carry out academic exchanges under the uniform evaluation scale of 3D seismic exploration results in the future and to promote technological progress in the industry.
