极贫磁铁矿选矿生产工艺流程考察分析

    Investigation and analysis of mineral beneficiation process of very lean magnetite ore

    • 摘要: 针对某极细、贫磁铁矿选矿生产工艺流程,在常规流程考察内容的基础上,充实了矿石性质分析及重点选矿作业的试验对比研究。通过流程考察,查明了生产工艺流程存在的问题,主要表现在一段磨机入磨粒度较大、二段磨机磨矿效率低、磁选效果差和中间产品循环量大等方面。流程考察的结果为优化选矿生产过程的作业效率和保证合理高效生产提供了依据,并对选矿生产节能降耗、提高作业效率和降低生产成本起到了指导作用。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the production process of a very fine and lean magnetite ore beneficiation, the ore properties analysis and the comparative experimental researches on key mineral dressing operations were enriched on the basis of the contents of the regular process investigation. Through this process investigation, the problems existing in the production process have been identified, which are mainly manifested in the larger size of ore particles of primary mill feeding, low grinding efficiency of second stage mill, poor magnetic separation effect and large circulation of intermediate products, etc. The results of the process investigation provide the basis for optimizing the operation efficiency and ensuring the rational and efficient production of the mineral processing. It also plays a guiding role in saving energy and reducing consumption, improving operation efficiency and reducing production costs in ore beneficiation production.
