基于智能手机APP的岩芯图像采集研究

    Research on core image acquisition based on smart phone APP

    • 摘要: 文章分析了我国岩芯图像服务利用受资金、物理条件、人员和技术水平等限制,导致的我国岩芯图像采集率低和服务水平不高。基于这一现状,借鉴发达国家岩芯图像服务利用方式,将整盒岩芯图像代替单个岩芯服务的思路,结合智能手机发展情况,笔者提出了开发智能手机APP对岩芯图像进行采集管理的总体思路和设计方法,并重点描述了APP主要功能模块及关键技术问题。利用APP对山东省莱州市三山岛金矿ZK48-3和ZK56-4两个钻孔2 500 m岩芯进行了实验采集。通过实验证明了利用APP进行岩芯图像采集的可行性,在保证岩芯图像质量的同时,可简化操作流程,降低物理成本,提高采集效率,具备全面推广的应用前景。

       

      Abstract: This paper analyzes the current situation of the utilization of core image services in China, and summarizes the restrictions such as capital, physical condition, personnel and technical level which leads to low core image collection rate and low service level in China.Based on this current situation, learning from the use of core image service in developed countries, the whole box core image takes place of a single core service.Combined with the development status of smart phones, the author puts forward the general idea and design method of developing smartphone APP to collect and manage core images.The main function modules of APP and key technical problems are described.The experiment was carried out by using the APP to collect zk48-3 and zk56-4, two cores with 2 500 m drill hole, in Sanshan island gold mine, Laizhou city, Shandong province.The feasibility of using APP for core image collection is proved through experiments.While guaranteeing the quality of core images, it can simplify the operation process, reduce the physical cost, improve the collection efficiency, and have the application prospect of comprehensive promotion.
