添加剂对膨润土-地下水体系化学性能影响研究

    Experimental study on impaction of additives to chemical properties of bentonite-underground water system

    • 摘要: 本文以菱铁矿和碳酸钠为添加剂,在常温低氧条件下开展试验研究,考察了不同添加量下,菱铁矿和碳酸钠对膨润土-北山地下水体系的pH值、氧化还原电位(Eh值)、液相关键阳离子成分、固相矿物成分和可交换阳离子的影响。研究结果表明:添加碳酸钠后不仅保证体系维持在碱性范围,而且有效地阻止了钠基膨润土向钙基膨润土的转化;菱铁矿的加入使得体系维持在还原状态,Eh值稳定-158 mV;菱铁矿和碳酸钠的加入并未改变膨润土本身的矿物成分。通过试验,最终获得了试验条件下增强膨润土化学缓冲性能的菱铁矿和碳酸钠的最佳添加量。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the effect of siderite and Na2CO3 as additives to pH and Eh of bentonite-groundwater system, critical ionic component in liquid, mineral composition, as well as exchangeable cations was studied by experiment in anaerobic and normal temperature condition.The results showed that adding Na2CO3 could not only maintain the system in alkaline range, but also prevent Na-bentonite from transforming into Ca-bentonite.Siderite could lower the Eh effectively, and keep the system in reducing condition and stabilize at -158 mV eventually.The mineral composition of bentonite did not change too much because of adding siderite and Na2CO3.The optimal ratio of bentonite, siderite and Na2CO3 improving chemical buffer capacity of GMZ Na-bentonite was determined at last.
