高瓦斯矿井巷道群合理布置及围岩控制技术研究
Study on the rational layout optimization and rock control technology of roadway group in high gas mine

摘要: 基于不同层位与煤柱尺寸的巷道群围岩变形破坏特征,结合具体地质条件、采掘衔接及围岩控制等因素,对寺河煤矿巷道群普遍采用的"三岩四煤"布置方式进行优化分析。通过多方案比较,确定了煤岩巷相间六巷布置方式,减少煤柱尺寸60 m和1条底板岩巷工程量,节约煤炭资源163万t,垂距6 m底板岩巷超前预抽掩护双侧煤巷掘进,提高瓦斯抽采和掘进效率。提出了高预应力锚杆锚索主动支护方案,井下监测数据显示,巷道围岩保持了较好的完整性,支护方案有效控制了围岩的变形。工业性试验表明,通过优化布置,提高了巷道群两侧工作面资源回收率,增加了矿井的经济效益。Abstract: Based on deformation characteristics of different layers and the size of coal pillar, the roadway group in Sihe mine has been optimized and analyzed combined with influence factor of specific geological conditions, excavation connection and surrounding rock control.Six lanes layout plan was proposed by comparison, which reduced the 60 m coal pillar size and one floor roadway engineering quantity, saving 1.63 Mt coal resources.Floor drainage lane with the vertical distance 6 m improved the gas drainage and tunneling efficiency.This paper put forward the scheme of active support of high pre-stressed anchor and cable, and the underground monitoring data showed that the surrounding rock has been maintained good integrity.The experimental results showed that the resource recovery rate was increased and the economic benefit was improved through the optimized layout.
