尾砂胶结充填体试样早期强度原位监测探索研究

    Exploratory study on early strength in-situ monitoring of cemented tailing backfill sample

    • 摘要: 本文研究不同胶凝材料、不同硫酸盐浓度的尾砂胶结充填体试样的强度发展过程,分别对养护龄期为1 d、3 d、7 d和28 d的试样系统进行了单轴抗压强度、基质吸力、含水率和孔隙率测试,分析了尾砂胶结充填体试样早期强度和基质吸力发展变化的原因及二者的相关性,研究结果表明:密封养护条件下尾砂胶结充填体试样的早期单轴抗压强度与其基质吸力存在显著的线性相关规律,获得了尾砂胶结充填体试样早期单轴抗压强度与基质吸力相关性方程,探讨了基于基质吸力监测尾砂胶结充填体强度的可能性。

       

      Abstract: Cemented tailing backfill(CTB) with different binders and sulphate content were made and uniaxial compressive strength(UCS) tests, suction monitoring, water ration and void ratio tests were performed on all samples at curing time of 1 day, 3 days, 7 days and 28 days.The reasons of early strength and early suction evolution of CTB, as well as the relationship between early strength and early suction of CTB, were analyzed.The results show that, there is a significant linear correlation between UCS and suction of CTB at early ages in sealed curing condition.Correlation equation between UCS and suction were gotten.The possibility of early strength in-situ monitoring of CTB based on suction evolution was discussed.
