基于二维坐标体系的中国锰矿资源供应风险分析

    Accessing the supply risk for manganese resources in China undertwo-dimensional coordinate system

    • 摘要: 本文通过构建经济重要性和供应风险两个维度,对我国2000~2015年锰矿资源的经济重要性、储采比、对外依存度、生产集中度和进口集中度等数据进行分析。研究表明:伴随我国钢铁去产能步伐的加快,锰矿的经济重要性逐渐降低,储采比逐年下降,对外依存度居高不下,进口过于集中,因此引发供应风险逐渐升高。基于以上分析,为了应对这种资源供应风险,本文提出了加强资源储备、开发利用低品位锰矿、拓宽进口渠道、延长产业链和采用股权并购等相关建议和举措。

       

      Abstract: To investgrate the economic importance of manganese resources, reserves/production ratio, foreign dependency, product concentration and import concentration from 2000 to 2015, a two-dimensional coordinate system based on a combined evaluation of economic importance and supply risk was applied in this contribution.With the accelerating pace of trimming excess capacity in the steel, the economic importance and reserves/production ratio of manganese resources gradually decrease whereas foreign dependency and import concentration continue to increase, and thus cause rising supply risk.Critically, we propose a set of strategies that can contribute to minimizing supply risk.These strategies mainly include ensuring adequate resource reserves, imploving effective utilization of low grade manganese ores, expanding import channels in oversea markets, extending the industrial chain and conducting equity merger and acquisition.
