Abstract: As the new requirements that economic model of “new normal” for construction and operation of mines, the mining industry urgently needs to make changes and innovations in its operation model in order to maintain its survival and development.This article firstly classifies the operation model of mines and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages.Then, based on the new situation in the mining market, the development trend of the future mine construction and management model is proposed.The mine focuse on the establishment of a new model for the mining operation community which incorporate mine construction, production and management, product sales and other related parties to a community, participate in the mining investment, construction and production, so as to form a mutual-beneficial and risk-sharing management models to achieve the sustained and healthy development of mine enterprises.
