中国锂资源供应体系研究:现状、问题与建议

    Analysis of China's lithium resources supply system:status, issues and suggestions

    • 摘要: 锂资源供应体系是为满足国内消费和出口而形成的国内外锂资源供应系统,包括资源类型、来源、结构等因素。从国内和国外两个维度对我国现有的锂资源供应结构进行了梳理和分析,并对2025年我国锂资源供需形势进行了判断。研究发现:我国锂资源供应体系由国内盐湖锂、国内锂辉石、国内锂云母、国外盐湖锂和国外锂辉石五部分构成,2017年对外依存度高达80%,国外进口主要来自成本较高的澳大利亚锂辉石资源;我国本土锂资源储量丰富,但开发难度大、成本高,供应能力弱;预计到2025年我国锂资源需求43.38万t,本土供应能力仅为18万t,缺口达25.38万t,不考虑出口需求的情况下,国内需求对外依存度依然高达58.5%, 国外锂资源供应存在结构性风险。建议进一步加强国内资源勘查工作,采用多种措施提高本土锂资源开发,鼓励企业布局南美优质盐湖锂资源。

       

      Abstract: The lithium resources supply system includes resources type, origin, structure and other factors.This paper analyzes the status and issues of China's lithium resources supply system including and forecasts the supply and demand situation in the future.The research shows that China's lithium resources supply system is consisted by 5 different domestic and foreign resources, and the degree of dependence on foreign resources, which is mainly from Australian spodumene resources with higher cost, is as high as 80%; though China is very rich in lithium resources, the domestic production is costly and insufficient facing many barriers; in 2025 the domestic demand will be 433 800 tons and the domestic supply capacity will be only 180 000 tons, so the gap between demand and domestic production will be 253 800 tons and the degree of foreign dependence will be still as high as 58.5%.This paper suggests that:the domestic lithium exploration and production should be strengthened; the investment on South American lithium resources from salt-lake brine should be improved.
