我国地质资料向“单轨制”转型前景及面临问题分析

    Analysis of the prospects and problems of geological data transform tothe single track system in China

    • 摘要: 地质资料“双轨制”是目前我国地质资料领域被认同并被实践部门广泛运用的文件管理模式。随着科技的发展,地质资料“双轨制”存在着资源浪费、增加工作量及成本、占用资源高、具有局限性等弊端,不可能永久存在下去。在技术和制度条件成熟后,地质资料“双轨制”必然要向电子文件“单轨制”进行过渡。本文基于地质资料业务工作,分析目前“双轨制”存在的弊端,探讨其向电子文件“单轨制”转变的前景,并提出具有针对性的措施和建议。

       

      Abstract: Geological data double track system is a document management mode that is recognized in China's geological data field and widely used by practice departments.With the development of science and technology, the double track system of geological data has the disadvantages of waste of resources, increased workload and cost, high resource occupation and limitations, and it cannot exist forever.After the technical and institutional conditions are mature, the double-track system of geological data will inevitably transition to the electronic document monorail system.Based on the work of geological data business, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current double track system, discusses its prospects for the transition to the monorail system of electronic documents, and proposes targeted measures and recommendations.
