Abstract: Mineral resources exploration is high risk, so we should be cautious to invest its projects.Only conducting the due diligence, it is possible to reduce the risks of acquisitions and investments.The authors explain the connotation of due diligence, and analyze the purpose and significance of conducting due diligence.On the basis, the authors propose three types of the due diligence of commercial mineral resources exploration project.
