Abstract: Albania is located on southeastern Europe, which is an important country on the “Belt and Road”, and is the part of the Dinaric±Albanic±Helleni Arc of Alpine Orogen.This country is divided into inner Albnia unit and outer Albania unit.There are rich mineral resources in Albania, the main minerals contains chromium, nickel iron, magnesium and so on.Minister of mines executes the right of the mineral rights in the name of the country in Albania, and established the general board of mines.In terms of investment policy, Albania has formulated a series of encouraging policies, including construction equipment, bank accounts, import and export profits, and other preferential policies.The development and utilization degree of chromite by mineral company is expounded.After analyzing the recent 15 years in China and Albania trade industry and trade amount of imports and exports.Finally, it is concluded that the investment environment of Albania mining industry is superior, and investors can draw on the successful experiences of Chinese enterprises and the advantages of chromite resources.
