水力冲孔布孔参数对高瓦斯突出煤层卸压效果的影响

    Effect of hydraulic punching pore parameters on pressure relief of high gas outburst coal seam

    • 摘要: 水力冲孔的影响范围决定着钻孔的布置,合理的布置钻孔能够显著地提升煤层渗透率,增进瓦斯高效抽采,因此探究冲孔的影响范围非常重要。本文以平顶山八矿己15煤层为试验对象,介绍了高压水力冲孔设备,并通过FLAC3D软件进行模拟,比较了不同冲孔出煤量条件下的卸压效果和钻孔之间的相互作用,其模拟数据与现场试验结果相互验证。结果表明:钻孔直径、钻孔间距影响四周煤体的卸荷情况,煤孔的孔间距理论上在5 m左右,出煤量的最优范围在0.37~1 t/m之间。研究结果可为钻孔的排布和水力冲孔的工程运用提供技术借鉴。

       

      Abstract: The range of influence of hydraulic punching determines the arrangement of drilling holes.The rationality of layout drilling can significantly improve coal seam permeability.Therefore, it is very important to explore the impact range of punching.In this paper, the 15th coal seam of Pingdingshan No.8 mine was taken as the test object.Firstly, the high-pressure hydraulic punching equipment was introduced and simulated by FLAC3D software.The pressure relief effect and the interaction between boreholes under different punching coal output were compared.The simulation data and field test results verified each other.The results show that the borehole diameter and borehole spacing affect the unloading conditions of the surrounding coal.The hole spacing of the coal holes is theoretically about 5 m, and the optimal range of coal output is 0.37-1 t/m.The results can provide technical references for drilling arrangement and hydraulic punching engineering application.
