Abstract:
Through the test of fluidity and bleeding rate of coarse aggregate paste slurry, the mass concentration range of pipeline transportation was determined.Based on the Bingham rheological equation, the mathematical model of the pipeline transportation resistance was deduced.The RST-SST soft solid tester was used to measure the rheological parameters under different slurry concentration and cement-sand ratio.Combined with the pipeline resistance model, the pipeline resistance under different conditions of concentration, cement-sand ratio, pipe diameter and flow rate were obtained.According to the actual production conditions, the optimal parameters of pipeline transportation were selected to provide reliable technical support for the safe transportation of the filling slurry pipeline.
