中-低煤阶煤层气产能模式及其控制因素分析:以准南煤田阜康矿区为例

    Analysis of productivity mode and control factors of middle-low rank coalbed methane wells: a case study of the Fukang mining area, southern Junggar coal-field

    • 摘要: 基于对阜康矿区煤层气井生产动态资料分析,结合各煤层气井生产特征,建立了3种阜康矿区煤层气产能模式,并细分为6个亚类。对影响阜康矿区煤层气产量的地质因素及工程因素进行了重点研究。研究发现, 地质因素中煤层气产量与煤层埋深呈正比,深度越大产量越大;而产气量与煤层厚度呈反比,分析认为与煤层非均质性及射孔范围有关;工程因素中,多层合采,层间干扰严重;产气量与压裂输出排量呈正比,输出排量越大,产能越好。

       

      Abstract: Based on the analysis of the production dynamics of coalbed methane wells in the Fukang mining area, in combination with the production characteristics of gas wells in each coal seam, three types of coalbed methane production models were established in the Fukang mining area and subdivided into six subcategories.The key researches on the geological and engineering factors that affect the coalbed methane production in the Fukang mining area have been conducted.Findings are that:in geological factors, the coalbed methane production is proportional to the depth of the coal seam, and the greater the depth, the greater the yield; the gas production is inversely proportional to the thickness of the coal seam, and the analysis considers that it is related to the heterogeneity and perforation range of the coal seam; ; among the engineering factors, multiple layers are combined and the inter-layer interference is serious; the gas production volume is proportional to the fracturing output, and the larger the output, the better the production capacity.
