准直眼掏槽爆破技术在半煤岩巷掘进中的应用

    Application of the technique of quasi-parallel cutting blasting inhalf-coal tunnel drivage

    • 摘要: 为了提高晋华宫煤矿的半煤岩巷掘进速度,应用准直眼掏槽爆破技术,针对半煤岩巷的岩层分布特性,制定了准直眼掏槽爆破方案,结果表明:循环进尺平均为1.82 m,炮眼利用率平均为91%,比试验前提高了15%;单位炸药消耗比试验前下降了30%;眼痕率均在81%以上,比试验前提高了41%,巷道成型很好。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve speed of half-coal tunnel drivage in Jinhuagong coal mine, technique of quasi-parallel cutting blasting was applied.On account of the rock distribution characteristic of the half-coal tunnel, new blasting scheme with the technique of quasi-parallel cutting blasting was designed.Results of the application indicate that:average blasting footage cycle is 1.82 m, and average blast holes utilization factor is 91%, increases by 15% compared to pre-application; specific charge is reduced by 30% compared to pre-application; the rates of half-hole marks are all up to 81%, increases by 41% compared to pre-application, and contour outline of half-coal tunnel is very good.
