难选与易选矿石共生时某钨锡矿资源开采方案研究

    Study on the scheme of resource exploitation of a tungstentin ore with the coexistence of refractory ore and easy ore

    • 摘要: 为提高矿产资源利用率,针对难选易选难选夹心分层分布的矿体,展开资源开采方案探讨。以某钨锡矿V72矿体为研究对象,分析矿体的开采技术条件,得出该矿体厚度变化大、开采时难选矿石易混入易选矿石、底板稳固性较差的特征制约了矿产资源的开采利用。基于上述问题,提出难选矿石与易选矿石协同开采、分采两种方案,前者改善浅孔留矿法的落矿顺序,实现协同落矿、分离滞后出矿;后者改善分段凿岩阶段出矿空场法,实现矿房分层分段一次落矿、分离出矿。通过分析协同开采方案与分采方案的主要技术经济指标,两者都能有效提高矿产资源的开采利用率,但协同开采方案适宜开采4 m以下的急倾斜薄矿体,分采方案适宜开采4 m以上的急倾斜中厚厚矿体。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the utilization ratio of mineral resources,the scheme of resource exploitation is discussed aimed at the ore body of sandwich layer distribution(difficult to chooseeasy to choose difficult to choose).Taking a tungstentin V72 orebody as the research object,the technical conditions of mining are analyzed.It is concluded that the mining and utilization of mineral resources are restricted,because the thickness of the ore body changes greatly,refractory ores are easily mixed with easily selected ores during the mining,the firmness of floor is poor.Based on the above problems,the two schemes have been proposed,namely the hard ore is mined in conjunction with the easy ore,or these two ores are mined separately.The first mining method can improve the sequence of ore falling by shallow hole retention method,synergistic ore shedding and separation hysteresis can be achieved,while the latter can improve the method of ore producing empty field in the drilling stage of subsection,stratified and piecewise primary ore falling of chamber and separation can be realized.Through the analysis of major technical and economic indicators about cooperative mining scheme and separated mining scheme,it shows that both of them can effectively improve the utilization rate of mineral resources.However,the cooperative mining scheme is suitable for the mining of steep and thin ore body below 4 m,and the separated mining scheme is suitable for the mining of high tilt medium thicknessthick ore bodies over 4 m.
