Abstract: The problems such as loose connection and repeated indicator are becoming more and more significant issues at present.This paper teases out the elements of mineral resources management combining with the actual situation, analyzes the relation between them, researches on the index system, and summarizes the major problems.According to thinking about the prioritization, this paper presents recommendations.
