Abstract: This paper analyzes the general situation and basic characteristics of mineral resources in Jiangxi province, and the typical practices of promoting green and high-quality development of mining industry in the light of investigation and research.Government and departments attach great importance to the green transformation of mining industry, to strengthen the strategic leading role of mineral resources planning.The one-mine-one-strategy should be adhered, and promote the work in differentiation and refinement way.To innovate the mode of mineral resources development and establish three-dimensional model, strengthen the online dynamic supervision.At the same time, the main problems are analyzed, and the relevant policy recommendations are put forward.
