Abstract: As one of the most widely used resources, safety of coal mine is a major concern of the whole country, nevertheless the mining beyond specified coal seams is one of the most crucial causes.This paper analyses the causes and influences of mining beyond specified coal seams exploitation based on the physical truth of different places and it also expresses the present situation of mining beyond specified coal seams exploitation in detail.It also sorts out relevant policies and laws and puts forward the reasonable suggestions for establishing supervisory managerial mechanism, it has a better guiding significance for the cognition of the problem of mining beyond specified coal seams and the operability of supervision and management.
