Abstract: BMZ Jinying gold mine of Yintai Resources has been actively exploring for mine safety management.By strengthening the safety management of human, environment and equipment and bringing in advanced incident analysis method, the incident re-occurrence rate is dramatically lowered and experience of problem solving is gained.Moreover, the production technology is continuously improved and applied to fulfill the requirements of safety production management.As a result, the safety management practice proves to be very effective and BMZ maintains zero lost time incident for 4 years which is outstanding in the mining industry.
