Abstract: As the construction of green mine enters the stage of “all-round promotion” from “pilot exploration”, the planning orientation, concept, methods, contents and measures of green mine construction, which is the main body of enterprises, are worthy of further discussion.This paper discusses the necessity of green mine construction, the purpose of preparation and the preparation methods.It puts forward relevant working methods and suggestions such as the combination of goal orientation and problem orientation, finds the gap with the industry standard coordinates the relevant planning and sets the good position, uses the planning as a platform to cohesive and works together.At the same time, the concept of adaptability to the local conditions, professional and technical, economic feasibility, circulatory system, and planning advancement are emphasized in the planning concept.In order to improve the compilation level of green mine construction planning, and comprehensively promote the creation of green mine in China provide a reference.
