Abstract: Enterprise culture construction is an important content of the green mining construction, with the advancement of China's green mining campaign, some excellent mining enterprises, which is based on their original corporate culture, constantly blaze new trails, gradually create a batch of new enterprise cultures:green mining culture.In this paper, the historical background and basic connotation of green mining culture are expounded in depth, and a number of cases of green mining culture mode are summarized and analyzed.On this basis, the author puts forward some targeted and operational green mining culture construction paths.
