高硫煤层自然发火防治技术综述

    The summary of comprehensive prevention and control technology of spontaneous combustion in high-sulfur coal seam

    • 摘要: 为解决高硫煤层自然发火频发问题,分析了井下多元硫化物产生原因以及对煤自然发火的影响,结合硫化物燃点和煤氧化升温进程,划分了含硫煤自燃的3个阶段,确定了不同硫化物煤层自燃综合防治技术。结果表明:高硫煤自燃主要是由硫化物自燃引起的,可靠的预测预报应以硫化物的燃点为基准;含FeS2煤层防灭火要尽量控制周围环境的干燥度或压注以石灰石、水玻璃为主料的阻化剂;含FeS煤层防灭火要及时回收金属制品,并加强井上、井下联合堵漏;含H2S煤层采用“稀释、喷、注”的方法。研究结果对高硫煤层防灭火具有重要指导意义。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the frequent occurrence of spontaneous combustion in high-sulfur coal seam, the cause of multisulfides production in the underground and their influence on spontaneous combustion of coal were analyzed.The 3 stages of spontaneous combustion of sulfur bearing coal were divided according to the burning point of sulfide and the process of coal oxidation and heating.The comprehensive prevention and control technology of spontaneous combustion of different sulfide coal seams was determined.The results show that the spontaneous combustion of high sulfur coal is mainly caused by spontaneous combustion of sulfide.The reliable prediction and prediction should be based on the ignition temperature of sulfide.To prevent and extinguish fire in the coal bed containing pyrite (FeS2), we should try to control the dryness of the surrounding environment or to pour the inhibitor with limestone and sodium silicate as main materials.In order to prevent and extinguish the coal seam with FeS, the metal products should be recovered in time, and the combined air leakage of the well up and down should be strengthened.It is used to prevent and extinguish fire for coal seam with H2S by the way of monitor, dilution, spray, injection and pumping.The research results have important guiding significance for preventing and extinguishing fire in high-sulfur coal seam.
