甲玛铜矿胶结充填体低温水化特征及其强度规律

    Hydration characteristics and strength rules of low temperaturecemented backfill in Jiama copper mine

    • 摘要: 针对甲玛矿充填用尾砂,在5 ℃条件下养护充填试块,开展了室内单轴抗压强度测试,对比20 ℃标准养护条件下充填体试块,开展了单轴抗压强度测试,结合测试结果开展了扫描电子显微镜(SEM),分析了低温条件下充填体水化反应微观特征及其宏观强度规律。结果表明:低温充填体强度受温度影响明显,低温充填体内部水化产物晶格较小,分布离散,孔隙度大,宏观强度折减随水泥含量增加而增大,在砂灰比4~10范围内,强度折减在8%~28%之间。

       

      Abstract: Under the curing condition at 5 ℃, filling body testing-block has been made, then the single axial compression strength(UCS) testing was carried out, based on the results, electronic scanning mirror(SEM)has be done. Comparing with the testingblock which made under curing condition at 20 ℃, this paper analyzes the microcosmic characteristics and the macroscopic strength law of the hydration reaction of the filling body. It is shown that the UCS of testing-block is obviously affected by the temperature, in the range of sand/cement ratio(S/C) is 4~10, silicate crystal of the hydrated product inside the low temperature filling body block is smaller, and the pore structure distribution of which is much more sparse and uneven, the porosity is larger than standard curing situation, the macro strength reduction is 8%~28%.
