Abstract: Background for the establishment and work progress of oil & gas mining rights holder's exploration and mining public information system in latest two years are introduced in this paper.Compared with the previous annual report filing system, the public information system has significant changes in the aspects of enterprise fulfilling legal obligations, supervision and inspection objects scope and managerial staff.This paper points out defects existing in the field verification, anomaly list management and public information contents, and makes some suggestions for improving the oil & gas mining rights holder's exploration and mining public information system.
