基于灰色关联TOPSIS法的地热资源开发选区评价

    Evaluation of geothermal resource development constituency based on the grey correlation and TOPSIS method

    • 摘要: 地热能作为一种绿色低碳、清洁环保的可再生能源,在国家能源改革过程中可发挥重要作用。研究地热资源开发选区评价问题对相关政府单位及企业制定开发方案具有指导意义。根据地热资源的典型特征,本文从资源优势、地质条件、环境影响、技术水平、政策风险、经济效益和管理体制7个评价层面上建立起更为全面的地热资源开发选区评价指标体系,设立水文地质专家组、地热资源开发技术专家组、地热资源经济评价专家组对地热开发方案进行评判,利用灰色关联度和逼近理想解的排序方法,对地热开发方案进行优劣排序。结果表明,该评价体系能客观地反映出各方案的自身属性,既能评价各方案的总体状况,又能反映出各方案内部影响因素变化趋势与理想方案之间的区别,对于地热资源开发选区评价具有一定的参考价值。

       

      Abstract: Geothermal energy, as a green, low-carbon, clean and environmentally friendly renewable energy source, will play an important role in the national energy reform process.Studying the evaluation of geothermal resource development constituencies is of guiding significance for relevant government units and enterprises to formulate development plans.According to the typical characteristics of geothermal resources, this paper establishes a more comprehensive evaluation index system for geothermal resource development constituency from the seven evaluation levels of resource advantages, geological conditions, environmental impact, technical level, policy risk, economic benefit and management system.The hydrogeology expert group, the geothermal resource development technical expert group and the geothermal resource economic evaluation expert group are established to judge the geothermal development plan, and the geothermal development plan is ranked by the gray correlation degree and the ranking method that approximated the ideal solution.The results show that the evaluation system can objectively reflect the own attributes of each program; this method can not only evaluate the overall status of each program, but also reflect the difference between the internal trend of the affected factors and the ideal solution.It has certain reference value for the evaluation of geothermal resource development constituency.
