阶段嗣后充填体稳定性分析与采场结构参数优化

    Stability analysis of backfill after stage and optimization of stope structure parameters

    • 摘要: 由于矿体的走向长度远大于矿房尺寸,因此将充填体力学问题简化为平面应变问题,推导出充填体在一侧暴露情况下的底部剪应力表达式。结合傲牛铁矿的开采技术条件,通过对不同配比充填体的底部剪应力随矿房高度与宽度变化关系的分析,从而确定矿房与矿柱高为40 m,宽分别为40 m和30 m。该研究成果可以为类似金属矿山开采提供理论依据。

       

      Abstract: The mechanical problem of the filling body is simplified to the plane strain problem because of the length of the ore body is much larger than the size of the stope, and the internal shear stress expression of the filling body under one side exposure is derived.Combined with the mining technical conditions of Aoniu iron mine, and through the analysis of the relationship between the bottom shear stress of different proportions of filling body and the height and width of the mine, it is determined that the height of the mine and the pillar is 40 m and the width is 40 m and 30 m respectively.The research results can provide theoretical basis for similar metal mining.
