铅锌矿物冶金还原过程相态演变与特性述评

    Review on the phase changes and characteristics in metallurgical reduction process of lead-zinc minerals

    • 摘要: 铅锌是重要的有色金属,但在炼铁过程中为有害杂质,严重影响高炉生产。本文通过介绍铅锌矿物的产出与赋存状态,简述了铅锌矿物在冶金还原过程中的工艺现状,总结了铅锌矿物在冶金还原过程中的主要反应和特性,分析了铅锌矿物在炼铁过程中的转变和相态变化,追踪了含铁原料中控制铅锌的前沿技术,表明其降低含铁原料中铅锌含量成效显著、经济效益好,值得推广。

       

      Abstract: Lead and zinc are important non-ferrous metals.However, lead and zinc are harmful impurities in ironmaking process which seriously affect the production of blast furnace.This paper introduces the output and occurrence state of lead-zinc minerals.The technological status and the main reactions with characteristics of lead-zinc minerals in metallurgical reduction process are briefly described and summarized.The transformation and phase changes of lead-zinc minerals during ironmaking process are specially analyzed.The advanced technology of controlling lead and zinc in iron-containing raw materials is tracked.The results show that the content of lead and zinc in iron-containing raw materials is significantly reduced and the economic benefit is good, which is worth popularizing.
