基于文化五圈层理论的煤炭行业专用性人力资本开发研究

    Study on the development of special human capital in coal industry based on the Cultural Theory of Five Circles

    • 摘要: 煤炭行业属于高危行业,对技术人才的要求较高,人才队伍的建设和发展需求更为迫切,但由于煤炭行业固有的特点,煤炭行业专用性人力资本培养存在先天的困难。本文在分析煤炭行业专用性人力资本的内涵、属性和意义的基础上,结合煤炭行业的具体实践,以“文化五圈层理论”为指导依据,提出更加专注于煤炭行业专用性人力资本培养机制研究。

       

      Abstract: Coal industry is the high risk industry.It requires high technical talents, and its construction and development of talent team becomes more urgent.However, because of the inherent characteristics, there are inherent difficulties in the cultivation of special human capital in coal industry.Based on the careful analysis of the connotation, attribute and significance of the special human capital in the coal industry, combined with the concrete practice in coal industry, and guided by the “Cultural Theory of Five Circles”, the paper puts forward to pay more attention to the study on the training mechanism of the special human capital in coal industry.
