我国重要金属矿产探矿权结构性变化特征分析:以铜、铅锌、金、铁为例

    Analysis of structural changes of prospecting rights of important metal minerals in China: taking copper, lead and zinc, gold and iron as examples

    • 摘要: 本文通过对比2009年和2019年铜、铅锌、金、铁矿种探矿权信息数据,从不同角度分析我国重要金属矿产探矿权结构性变化特征。分析结果表明,十年来我国铜、铅锌、金、铁矿种有效探矿权个数和面积均整体下降六成以上;详查和勘探阶段探矿权合计占比已超过三分之二;探矿权平均存续时间延长至11年以上。基于上述重要金属矿产探矿权结构性变化特征,本文研究提出下一步矿产资源管理政策优化建议。

       

      Abstract: By comparing the information data of copper, lead and zinc, gold and iron ore prospecting rights in 2009 and 2019, this paper analyzes the structural change characteristics of important metal mineral prospecting rights in China from different perspectives.The results show that the number and area of effective prospecting rights for copper, lead and zinc, gold and iron ore in China have all decreased by more than 60%.The total proportion of prospecting rights in detailed investigation stage and in exploration stage has exceeded two-thirds.The average duration of prospecting rights extends to 11 years.Based on the structural change characteristics of prospecting rights of important metal minerals, this paper puts forward suggestions on the optimization of the management policy of mineral in the next step.
