大采高孤岛工作面顶板裂隙破碎带超前深孔复合预注浆控制技术研究

    Research on the advanced deep hole composite pre-grouting control technology for roof fracture zone of isolated face with large mining height

    • 摘要: 为了解决寺家庄矿15106大采高孤岛工作面顶板裂隙破碎带煤壁片帮及架前顶板冒矸的问题,在分析原因的基础上,提出采用在回风顺槽超前深孔后退式分段复合预注浆进行加固。通过数值模拟软件UDEC计算了顺槽超前预注浆的注浆参数,得出水泥浆水灰比0.7∶1、注浆压力为15 MPa以及马丽散注浆压力为10 MPa时,注浆效果最好。15106工作面推进通过顶板裂隙带时支架压力由5 MPa提高到25 MPa左右,受力稳定;顶板裂隙带破碎煤岩体胶结较好,不再出现冒矸、滚矸现象,减少了工作面加固的损耗时间,保证了工作面的安全高效推进。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of coal wall and roof gangue in roof fracture zone of 15106 high mining isolated island working face in Sijiazhuang coal mine, based on the analysis of the reasons, the paper puts forward to reinforce the roof with deep hole retreating composite pre-grouting in advance of the return air chute.Through the numerical simulation software UDEC, the grouting parameters of groove advance pre-grouting are calculated.It is concluded that the grouting effect is best when the water cement ratio of grouting is 0.7∶1, the grouting pressure is 15 MPa and the grouting pressure of Malisan is 10 MPa.The support pressure of 15106 working face increases from 5 MPa to 25 MPa when it passes through the roof fracture zone, and the force is stable.The broken coal and rock mass in the roof fracture zone cements well, and the phenomenon of gangue and rolling no longer occurs, which reduces the loss time of strengthening the working face and ensures the safe and efficient advance of the working face.
