大淑村矿工作面回采巷道变形规律研究

    Research on the deformation regularities of mining roadway in Dashucun coal mine

    • 摘要: 针对工作面回采巷道变形问题,以冀中能源峰峰集团大淑村矿172104工作面回采巷道围岩作为研究背景,应用理论分析和现场监测的方法,揭示了回采工作面巷道围岩的变形规律,阐述了围岩变形的主要影响因素,同时结合煤体力学性质实验深层次阐释了巷道围岩变化的力学机制。结果表明,工作面煤体受原岩应力和采动扰动应力的叠加作用,加速了煤体损伤、变形、破坏过程,增加了巷道围岩形变量;此外,回采巷道围岩在挤压作用力的影响下,巷道断面中心对称点形变量最大,围岩变形规律最为明显;除此之外,周期来压是巷道围岩变形的主要影响因素,距离工作面越近,巷道围岩变形量越大;围压的增大在一定程度上改变了煤体围岩的力学性质,增大了巷道围岩的变形量,改变了围岩的变形速度和变形规律。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at surrounding rock deformation of mining roadway in working face, this paper takes Dashucun coal mine of Fengfeng Group of Jizhong Energy as the research background.By means of theoretical analysis and on-site monitoring, this paper reveals the deformation regularity of roadway surrounding rock in mining face, expounds the main influencing factors of surrounding rock deformation, and deeply explains the mechanics mechanism of roadway surrounding rock change combined with mechanics property experiment of coal mass.The results show that the superposition of in-situ stress and mining-induced stress accelerates the process of damage, deformation and failure of coal mass, and increases the deformation of surrounding rock.Besides, under the influence of extrusion force, the deformation of central symmetrical point of roadway section is the largest, and the surrounding rock deformation regularity of roadway is the most obvious.In addition, periodic weighting is the main influencing factor of surrounding rock deformation in roadway.The nearer to the working face, the greater deformation of surrounding rock.The increase of confining pressure changes the mechanical properties of surrounding rock of coal mass to a certain extent, increases the deformation amount of surrounding rock, and changes the deformation rate and regularity of surrounding rock.
