Abstract: In order to carry out the concept of “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets” put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping, the development of mineral resources is an important part of the construction of ecological civilization, the protection of mineral resources is the concrete embodiment of the protection of ecological environment, and the green development of mineral resources is the key way to promote the sustainable development of economy and society.This paper introduces the comprehensive benefits obtained from the construction of green mines in Zhangdou mining area of Xialong in Jiangxi province.It fully reflects that the construction of green mines is an important means and necessary measure for the development of mining economy in China.With the deterioration of the ecological environment in China, mining development must take a green development path.
