Abstract: Western countries such as the United States, Canada and Australia have highly developed mining capital markets.This paper focuses on the analysis of participants in the mining capital market in developed countries, including exploration companies, mining companies, stock exchanges, intermediary services institutions, financial investment institutions and so on.This paper introduces stock exchanges, intermediary service institutions and financial investment institutions respectively, and analyzes their different roles in mining projects.Compared with the situation of mining capital market domestic and abroad, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of mining capital market in China.
