五虎山选煤厂原煤自发酸化机理研究

    Mechanism of spontaneous coal sample acidification in Wuhushan coal preparation plant

    • 摘要: 针对五虎山选煤厂高硫煤在洗选加工之前酸化的情况,利用实验及微生物分类测序技术对煤样酸化的成因机理进行研究,并对微生物在不同分类水平下相对丰富度进行统计。结果表明:刚从矿井采出的原煤中微生物的丰富度最高,存在四种具有硫氧化功能的硫杆菌属,分别是Acidithiobacillus、Sulfobacillus、Acidiferrobacter和Azonexus,且随外置时间的增加,这类微生物含量逐渐减少。依据微生物复合作用理论对这类菌属的作用机理进行分析,煤样酸化的主要原因是高硫煤中硫铁矿在空气、水和微生物的共同作用下形成硫酸、硫酸高铁溶液,从而影响了煤炭的加工利用。

       

      Abstract: In view of high sulphur coal acidification in Wuhushan coal preparation plant before mineral processing.The genetic mechanism of coal sample acidification is studied by using experiments and microbial classification sequencing technology.And the relative abundance of microorganisms at different classification levels is also calculated.The results show that the microbial richness is highest in raw coal just extracted from the mine.In addition, there are also four thiobacillus species with sulfur oxidation function, namely Acidithiobacillus, Sulfobacillus, Acidiferrobacter and Azonexus, and the microbial content gradually decreases with the increase of external time.Finally, based on the theory of microbial recombination, the mechanism of this genus is analyzed.The main reason of coal sample acidification is that the pyrite in the high-sulfur coal formed the solution of sulfuric acid and ferric acid under the combined action of air, water and microorganisms.Thus, it affects the processing and utilization of coal.
